One on one strength & conditioning improves sports performance, increasing endurance, speed, strength, and power. Personalized sessions are designed to meet the goals of all level athletes. Our physical therapists and performance specialists work together to offer specialized programs to bridge the gap between recovery to performance.

 

Meet the Team



Sean Coleman, PT, DPT, CSCS, CKTP, TPI level 1 Certified

Sean is a native Philadelphian and attended Roman Catholic High School in Center City. He graduated from the University of Scranton with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015 and also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from The University of Scranton in 2011 with a concentration in nurtrition. During his time as an undergraduate student at Scranton, Sean was a member of The University’s men’s lacrosse team. After graduation in 2011, Sean worked as a personal trainer holding a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). During this time, he specialized in 1 on 1 training of high school and collegiate athletes as well as recreational athletes to enhance performance. He also served as the University of Scranton’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for all men’s and women’s sports teams from 2011-2015. Sean has completed several continuing education courses and seminars including instrument assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM) with HawksGrips, vestibular rehabilitation, and is a Certified Kinesio taping Practitioner (CKTP). Sean is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) level 1 trainer, specializing in evaluation and treatment of golfers of all ages and levels of competition to improve performance and decrease pain with golfing. Outside of work, Sean enjoys staying active by continuing to play lacrosse, basketball, softball, and golf.
