One on one strength & conditioning improves sports performance, increasing endurance, speed, strength, and power. Personalized sessions are designed to meet the goals of all level athletes. Our physical therapists and performance specialists work together to offer specialized programs to bridge the gap between recovery to performance.


Meet the Team


Adam Ripa, BS, CSCS


During six years of active duty service in the US Army, Adam developed a love of fitness and physical training while supervising his platoon’s PT. After the completion of his enlistment, Adam enrolled in the Exercise Science and Sport Studies program at Rutgers University. He is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Exercise Science(Strength and Conditioning) through Edith Cowan University. Additionally Adam is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA) as well as a Level-1 Sports Performance Coach certified by USA Weightlifting. Adam uses his experience as a multi-sport athlete, soldier, natural bodybuilder, and powerlifter along with his knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to help clients and athletes reach their goals and perform at their best. In addition to training others, Adam enjoys being consistent in his own training as well as playing golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
